Admission to an Academic Program at the College of Professional Studies (degree or certificate)
The College of Professional Studies and the Lowell Institute School are committed to providing access to quality education. There are several points of entry for undergraduate and graduate students. Students who are admitted into a degree or certificate program enjoy a number of benefits including greater access to academic advisers and being eligible to apply for financial aid. Please see the corresponding links below for more information.
Students interested in taking an undergraduate or professional development course can do so by simply registering for a course online. Undergraduate students should refer to the Student Handbook regarding how many courses an undergraduate student can take as a non-degree student. For those students seeking to take one or two graduate courses for professional achievement, an online application as a special degree student must be submitted, you must have a bachelor's degree and be admitted before registering and enrolling in a course
