Course Level CPS - Undergraduate Quarter
Description Intended as an entry-level course for visual artists and amateur photographers who wish to learn to express themselves using digital imaging. Acquaints the beginner with the use of Adobe Photoshop CS and other basic digital tools to manipulate and create digital imagery. Requires weekly assignments, demonstrations, hands-on lab experience, and a final portfolio. Images are brought in by means of digital capture or scanned on a desktop scanner. Students must supply their own 4-megapixel or greater camera.
