Biomolecular Purification and Downstream Processing

Description Covers principles and practice of separation, purification, filtration, drying of biomolecules, affinity chromatography, centrifugation techniques, membrane separations, tangential flow filtration, and freeze-drying. Introduces basic scientific principles, as well as production and scale-up issues, when operating under GLPs and cGMPs.
