Description Considers the topics and issues in the areas of white-collar and corporate crime and follows corporate and white-collar offenders through the criminal justice and regulatory justice systems, beginning with detection and prosecution through adjudication and finishing with sentencing. Corporate crime is endemic and has an impact on every part of society. Covers special topics such as definitional issues, the nature and extent of white-collar crimes, measurement, crime types, case studies, and the etiology of offending.
