Description Examines the importance of security managers and personnel who work in the hotel and healthcare industries being able to develop and maintain good relationships with their co-workers and, more importantly, to be able to relate to and understand the needs of hotel guests and concerns of hospital patients, their families, and friends, without reducing their effectiveness in protecting and conserving employers’ assets.
