Description Focuses on the planning and design stages of social media initiatives. Examines how to create a social media system, complete with communication flows, as well as a related governance structure, social media policy, and community management guidelines. Offers students an opportunity to learn to create high-level plans for activities such as development, implementation, communication, and training. Also offers students an opportunity to understand the challenges and resistance they may face and to be prepared to manage the change process effectively.
