Description Explores “We The Students,” a secondary-level civics curriculum that focuses on Supreme Court cases dealing with education and the rights of students. Focuses on freedom of expression under the First Amendment and equal protection of the laws under the Fourteenth Amendment. Offers students an opportunity to learn effective strategies for teaching this material to secondary students and to design a teaching unit appropriate to a given class setting.
