Description Covers the essential skills needed to manage the day-to-day operations of an organization’s PC computer systems. Topics include how to implement, manage, and maintain the hardware; how to install and configure the operating system and software; backup and recovery procedures, as well as administering the mail, printing, and disk systems; how to troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor the system and provide technical support to users.
