New Digital Technologies to Improve Teaching and Learning

Description Offers students an opportunity to investigate the use of recently developed and new technologies to improve teaching and learning. Students research effective strategies and report their findings, identify barriers to students’ learning using school-based case studies, and recommend strategies involving the use of digital technologies to address these barriers. Covers podcasting, MP3 players, interactive whiteboards, speech to text, and using video conferencing such as iChat.
