Course Level CPS - Undergraduate Quarter
Description Combines the content of TCC 2001 and TCC 2002. Offers students an opportunity to learn the elements of technical writing: objectivity, audience analysis, planning, research, abstracts, summaries, graphics, definitions, procedures, and descriptions. Provides practice in descriptive writing; classification and definition; preparing technical documentation; outlines; and descriptions of objects, mechanisms, and processes. Offers students an opportunity to apply these information-gathering, organizational, and technical writing skills to more advanced projects. Provides extensive practice in formatting, organizing, writing, and editing a variety of technical documents.
