Description Offers students an opportunity to learn the tasks and problems unique to software technical writing. Reviews fundamental software concepts and the role and importance of software documentation, as well as the component parts of software technical manuals and their purposes, tutorial and reference functions of manuals, research tools for manual writing, and the writing process itself. Discusses the principles and practices of software technical writing and offers students an opportunity to refine their skills.
