Management for Security Professionals

Understanding core business and management functionality such as organizational behavior, financial processes, human resource management, marketing, and communications is the cornerstone to effectively integrating security management industry-wide. This course will provide security management professionals with the knowledge, skills and context to be able to effectively communicate with managers in other functional areas.
