Research Design in Education

ED3481 / 4 q.h.

Introduces inquiry methods that may be used to design research projects and to create effective learning environments. Students develop an understanding of how to design, evaluate, critique, and interpret research outcomes, with an emphasis on the collection and interpretation of quantitative results. Students are expected to become proficient in the selection and use of appropriate statistical analysis approaches.

Semester course equivalent ED G306. Prerequisite: Ed 3104 or ED G104 Learning and Accomplished Practice.
