Research Seminar: Investigating Critical Issues in Education

Participants will consider a range of critical issues confronting educators today and analyze them from the perspective of what is known about how they impact on teaching and learning in the classroom. Students will be asked to select one of these issues to research in greater depth and report on as it relates to their professional practice. They will gather, evaluate, critique, and interpret the collected data to support their examination of the issue in question.
