Inquiry in Reading and Writing Across the Content Area – Elementary

This course will explore ways in which reading and writing instruction and development extend across the curriculum and enhance student understanding and exploration of their world. In-service teachers will be able to build on their experiences in their own classrooms as they consider and apply a range of instructional practices appropriate for different disciplines, while also seeing the commonalities across disciplines.
