MCSE Network Administration

This course details the installation, management, monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting of a variety of Windows« 2003 networking environments. Topics include DNS, DHCP, remote access, network protocols, IP routing and WINS in a multi-user networked environment. Included are remote access policies and remote administration and configurations, VPNs, routing and remote access encryption, authentication and overall security. TCP/IP implementations and routing using IP, IPsec, border and internal routing, NAT and certificate authorities are discussed and implemented in an actual laboratory environment.

Prerequisite: ETC 4453 MCSE Server Administration.
