Nuts and Bolts of IT: Hardware, Software and Maintenance

Students in this course will be exposed to the basics of computer hardware, software, networks, and simple maintenance. Students will work both singly and in small groups to install hardware and software. They will learn about installing upgrades to the operating system. They will explore about networks and its variety of uses in an educational setting and troubleshooting tips and techniques for both Macintosh and PC computers.
