IT3602 / 2 q.h.

This course will cover the research and implementation of strategies for effectively integrating on-line resources as well as computer-based CD-ROM reference materials into the curriculum. Students will be exposed to optimal search strategies using popular search engines such as Google, Alta Vista, Yahoo, Magellan, and Lycos to find resources tied to the frameworks. They will explore the creation of web quests and resource-rich web pages for students’ use in projects and presentations and how to use web authoring tools to develop home pages linked to curriculum and community resources.
