Faced with today’s pressures of changing markets, technological advancements, tougher competition, and new government regulations, more companies realize that they must change how they conduct business to remain competitive. This course is designed to provide students with the principles, tools, and methods they will need as business leaders to implement change efforts successfully in organizations. By the end of the course, students will be able to develop and present a sound change management plan.
Prerequisites: MGT 4103 Managing in a Diverse and Changing World and MGT 4101 Dynamics of Business 1.
