Writing for the Web

TCC4315 / 3 q.h.

A new medium demands a new style of writing; the Web demands a new style. This course includes consideration of how readers scan rather than read Web pages, how to produce interesting and informational content for a general or targeted audience, and how to determine the right information and writing style for a Web site.

Prerequisite: TCC 4102 or instructor’s permission.
