Description Provides an overview of the challenges that need to be addressed from both commercial and employment law perspectives. Also covers general social concerns like privacy. Digital era leaders must understand the legal, policy, and ethical issues resulting from increased use of digital technologies and learn how to effectively manage the associated risks. Emphasizes managing organizational risks but also explores the impact of various legal considerations on individuals. The U.S. legal environment serves as the focal point; however, global issues are also addressed.
