Text Mining for Learning Analytics

Course Level CPS - Graduate
Description Offers students an opportunity to learn practical techniques for mining unstructured text data (such as that found in learning management system discussion boards, social media, student assignments, survey data, etc.) for the purpose of creating predictive models or reports based in part on text data. A hands-on final project offers students experience implementing text mining techniques.
