Transforming Organizations

LDR 6150 3 Quarter Hours
Course Level CPS - Graduate
Description Offers students an opportunity to learn the framework for organizational transformation and obtain the skills and competencies required to develop and implement a holistic model of change. The strategies incorporate revealing the problems that ask to be solved, designing what the future change will look like, assessing the current situation in relation to the desired change, and planning and managing the transition from the current situation to the desired future. Within this course, students serve as consultants for real-life organizations, helping managers in their endeavors for organizational transformation. From these discussions, students have an opportunity to develop a personal model for change leadership and define an action plan for personal growth as a change agent.
