Description Presents a guided experience that offers students an opportunity to link theory and practice. Students gain experience in the field of nutrition, either in-person or online, and develop or work on an established project or program that is relevant to the student’s specialization. Seeks to help students construct a “portfolio” piece that can be included in job application packages.
