Course Level CPS - Undergraduate Semester
Description Offers the second semester of a two-semester introduction to calculus-based physics. Emphasizes the underlying concepts and principles. Introduces temperature and kinetic theory, heat, the laws of thermodynamics, electricity, and magnetism. Topics include electric charge and fields, electric potential, electric current circuits, magnetic forces and fields, electromagnetic induction, and alternating current circuits. Introduces electromagnetic waves, the nature of light, and geometric optics.
