Description Analyzes key topics in international food trade, such as globalization and international agricultural commodity markets, food seizures at international borders, the imposition of tariffs and domestic support policies, the power and limits to the World Trade Organization and free trade agreements, country-of-origin labeling, and the relationship between cultural preferences and food imports.
