The Digital Media program Mac labs are in the Snell Library, and are open for Digital Media student walk-in use whenever the Library is open, except when a class is in session. These labs provide high-end computing resources to students and faculty for the production of professional digital media content, including high-resolution photography, digital video, interactive media, 2D and 3D animation, and video games. Each student station contains fast Mac Pro workstations, Apple Cinema Display flat screens and a drawing tablet, as well as access to a full complement of scanners, printers, video cameras and lighting equipment. Software includes the latest versions of the Adobe CS suite of applications, Apple Final Cut Studio and Maya. Adjoining the Mac labs is the Library's own Digital Media Design Studio, offering access to both a sound studio and a video studio with a green screen.
