Fall and Spring Programs
During the academic year, the ELC offers a 15-week fall semester as well as three shorter 8 week programs. One 8-week program runs in late fall, and the other two fall within the spring semester.

Program Dates	Application Deadline
Fall 15-week Semester: September 8 – December 19, 2008	July 25, 2008
Fall 8-Week Intensive Program: October 20 - December 19, 2008	No Applications Being Accepted
Spring 1 8-week Intensive: January 7 – February 29, 2008	December 5, 2008
Spring 2 8-week Intensive: March 10 – May 1, 2008	April 12, 2008

Applications must be completed by the deadline before an I-20 can be issued. An I-20 form is used to obtain a student visa and is issued and mailed to students two weeks after their acceptance into the program.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Complete the application form.

2. Complete the Declaration and Certification of Finances form or include a Bank letter to show capacity to pay for tuition and living expenses.

3. Include a $250 non-refundable Tuition Deposit.

4. Mail the Declaration and Certification of Finances form or bank letter and the deposit to:
