2. Print out and complete the Declaration of Finances.
3. Print out and complete the top part of the Transfer-In Form.
Take that form to the office which processes I-20s at your school.
4. Please mail:
a. Completed Declaration of Finances
b. $250 non-refundable tuition deposit.

Application Deadlines
Students who require the issuance of an I-20 obtain a student visa should leave sufficient time to obtain these documents. I-20s are usually issued and mailed to applicants within two weeks after the ELC receives all application materials.
