Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are professional assessment, referral, and/or short-term counseling services offered to employees with alcohol, drug, or mental health problems.
The Graduate Certificate Program in Employee Assistance is designed to meet the needs of individuals who require a formal education in how to deliver employee assistance and how it relates to the human resources profession as a whole. The case-study design of all the courses will produces graduates who are able to analyze how social policies and workplace issues impact communities, and how such policies impact the management services in workplace settings.
