Studies jointly offer this Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree. The degree is offered to educators seeking to advance their abilities and careers with knowledge and competencies that will enhance their practice while preparing them to be successful within today’s diverse and dynamic educational environments.
Degree specializations include:
Leadership
Literacy
Mathematics
Science
Special Education
A Masters Degree in Instructional Technology is also offered in conjunction with the Massachusetts Elementary School Principals Association. All courses previously taken in the Institute in Education's Special Education, Mathematics and Leadership licensure programs are considered a component of the Masters Degree in those specializations.
Forty quarter hour credits are needed to complete the degree.
