Prehospital Trauma Life Support - PHTLS

This course brings the care of the trauma patient into a single focus that treats the multi-system trauma patient as a unique entity with specific needs. The course focuses on the mechanism of injury, injury patterns, and underlying injuries the trauma patient sustains. Through lectures, class interaction, and hands-on stations, you will learn the unique aspects of trauma patient care, assessment, and interventions.
