This course is designed to assist auto claims adjusters employed by Massachusetts insurance carriers in adjusting automobile damage claims, using their employers’ policies and procedures. This course offers information to enhance the adjusters’ ability to communicate with the insured and the repairer on the technical aspects of a loss and the Massachusetts regulations that affect claims handling.
