Courseware
The courseware reflects the body-of-knowledge tested by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for the PHR® and SPHR® levels of certification. The course, however, does not guarantee or ensure success on the HRCI exam. This program will give a solid foundation in the preparation to take the exams.

Test Eligibility
In order to sit for either the PHR® or SPHR® exam for designation candidates must have two-years of exempt-level employment experience in the Human Resource field as a HR practitioner, educator, researcher, or consultant.
