Growth in management increases responsibilities in many areas other than your organizations’ service or product. The ability to communicate knowledgably and confidently in financial matters is critical for success and advancement. An understanding of finance and accounting functions are essential to a manager’s skill set. This course will provide the tools necessary for a professional to properly analyze and present the financial data required to succeed.
