The Communication workshop distills decades of ingrained, but complicated communication philosophies into a handful of simple, practical, and natural processes that get to the heart of an issue and drive clarity, understanding, and agreed-action. Whether one-on-one dialogue or more strategic, organizational communication, we often know when it goes wrong. This workshop explores and simplifies tenets of communication gone right.

What You Will Learn
• Engage in dialogue to create a common understanding and momentum
• Fully appreciate and understand the impact of your individual communication style, including the 93% that is non-verbal in nature
• Sort through the myriad factors that influence communication to select the few practical tactics that truly achieve shared understanding and direction
• Apply a strategic model to plan for communication delivery in key situations
• Identify ways to use communication to produce order and provide structure in times of chaos and change
• Apply communication skills and tools in a variety of real situations
