Coaching is a powerful management tool designed to impact business results by propelling individuals to a higher level of performance. This interactive program enables people to evaluate their own coaching capabilities, and then further develop skills and gain new insights. Through skill-building exercises, group discussion, and minimal lecture, participants will become proficient in coaching as a means of impacting individual and team performance.

Who Should Attend
Supervisors, managers, and leaders who wish to develop their coaching skills to achieve high impact performance. Project managers and others who are in a position of coaching individuals.

• Discover what coaching is and is not
• Compare coaching to other methods of performance development
• Define the benefits, values, scope, and limits of the coaching relationship
• Develop core competencies, knowledge, and skills required for effective coaching
• Discover your own personal coaching style and how to adapt your style to achieve maximum impact
• Set clear coaching objectives and criteria in order to evaluate progress
