Whether or not our titles reflect it, many of us act in the role of consultant. We provide services to our client base and may influence outcomes, yet we do not have direct control over this process. Based on Peter Block’s consulting model, this program is designed to help you increase your credibility and leverage with your clients.

Who Should Attend
IS, IT, or HR professionals; project managers, internal auditors, finance specialists, internal consultants, and external consultants.
