Communication Management for Projects
Course Code: PDP 5135

Successful projects require effective communications among planners, stakeholders, and all concerned levels in an organization. This seminar focuses on the importance of having a communications plan, how information is distributed, reporting project progress, and creating useful project archives. Using an integrated case study, you will develop a plan that will specify the Who, What, When, and How of your project communication. This course, based upon the PMBOK®, will show you how to complete projects in a timely manner, by helping you work through the various processes of sending and receiving project information.
