Influencing Without Direct Authority
Course Code: PDP 5117

As more companies reorganize along horizontal rather than vertical lines, the need emerges for people who are not in authority to get action from others within the organization in order to achieve business objectives. This seminar examines principles, strategies, and techniques involved in influencing through persuasion in order to achieve positive results.
