Construction Project Management

This certificate was developed for construction managers, construction superintendents, project managers, and site supervisors. Our certificate is unique in that it exposes you to both the functional and management skills you need as a construction manager. The courses are designed to enable you to manage contracts, estimate costs, bid, schedule projects, and understand the legal aspects of the construction business.

Seven courses complete the certificate as outlined below, or students may elect to enroll in an individual course. Many participants take multiple courses in the same quarter, enabling them to complete their certificate in about one year.
