High-Performance Management Certificate
This highly interactive, twelve-week program provides participants with a comprehensive and practical managerial "tool kit" that produces tangible results. Gain concrete strategies and skills for effectively managing the complex demands of the managerial role, optimizing your own and others' productivity, and developing the personal attributes and behaviors that foster direct reports' motivation, performance, loyalty, and retention. The program runs for 12 weeks, meeting on evening per week from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.
