High-Performance Management Certificate
 
This highly interactive, twelve-week program provides participants with a comprehensive and practical managerial "tool kit" that produces tangible results. Gain concrete strategies and skills for effectively managing the complex demands of the managerial role, optimizing your own and others' productivity, and developing the personal attributes and behaviors that foster direct reports' motivation, performance, loyalty, and retention. Learning methods include interactive presentations, group and partner exercises, and integration of the strategies and tools presented in "real-time" managerial challenges and opportunities. The program format is ideal for professionals who cannot afford time away from their workday schedule.
 
The program runs for 12 weeks, meeting on evening per week from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.
