Project Management Evening Certificate (PDP 5141)
 
Whether you are a veteran project manager or new to the profession, you will benefit from this straightforward, comprehensive, and practical approach to managing projects. In a convenient evening format, it takes only eight weeks to earn your Project Management certificate. This is done by successfully completing sixteen scheduled 3 1/2-hour sessions that will provide you with the tips, tools, and techniques to successfully manage projects of all sizes.
 
This highly interactive, skill-oriented course offers a balance of critical and technical skills needed to be successful as a project leader. Participants will work on a team project, as well as individual case-study exercises, to help provide immediate benefits back at their jobs.
 
This certificate program covers the Project Management Institute's (PMI's) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). It also covers the required Professional Development Units (PDUs) required to qualify to take the PMP® (Project Management Professional) Exam.
