RN to Bachelor of Science In Nursing

This program enables RNs who currently hold a diploma or an associate degree to attain a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Consistent with the philosophy and curriculum of the School of Nursing, this program of study includes a strong community focus with emphasis on the prevention of illness and promotion of health.

The School of Nursing's Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and offered to registered nurses as a part-time curriculum through the College of Professional Studies. This program enables RNs who currently hold a diploma or associate degree to attain a baccalaureate degree in nursing. Consistent with the philosophy and curriculum with the School of Nursing, this program of study includes a strong community focus with emphasis on the prevention of illness and promotion of health. Students can also mix their program delivery methods so that they take some of their course online, and others on-site depending on personal preference and convenience.
