Dialogue programs are global exchanges between people and allow students, alumni, and professionals to experience another culture from the people of that country. Northeastern University faculty guide participants on each Dialogue program, which includes a series of meetings and discussions between participants on topics of their own choosing e.g., politics and public policy, business and commerce, religion and society, literature, the arts and popular culture, public health, human rights, women, and gender. Participants can also select from an array of methods (e.g., independent study, research projects, interviews in-country, multi-media design, and soon) to customize their program to meet their unique professional and vocational goals.
Click on country for detailed program and contact information and application form. Dates are tentative and subject to change. Acceptance to the Dialogues programs is contingent upon faculty approval.
